Outline as in rough draft
My life was almost perfect for a brief moment.
My routine was to take the duck to the beach and luckily there was a road to allow for that without driving through the panopticon.
My daily routine lasted a week before the PPP showed up to ruin my utopia.
They needed to do road work on a perfectly fine road and this would last six months or longer.
I've marked the approximate location of the long term road closure.
Once I was driving around on the north side of the road block and just happened to break down (serendipitously) and required to spend the night with the duck in the car all night long parked on the side of the road. It was just after sunset when I parked and I was on the dead end of this road block road, in other words I was parked between the turnoff for the detour and the road block, in other words I was not in the current traffic circuit so there was not really any reason for cars to pass by unless they're headed to one of the few houses closer the blocked area. Only one single car drove past all night long. In the morning I was still resting well since no cars were disturbing me because of the lack of traffic because the road was blocked and a dead head. At or shortly after sunrise I was aroused by car noise. No cars all night long then at sunrise a train of cars drive past, approximately ten vehicles drove past. All new, all White Truck Mafia, some were utility vehicles, some were basic trucks and some were white SUV. They all passed in short succession. The drivers did not look like standard WTM operators, they looked like all were engineers or PhD’s. They all were essentially coming from nowhere because they were leaving from INSIDE the blocked area first thing in the morning.
